We are not responsible for products sold by an eBay reseller, Amazon reseller or your local reseller. The warranty of these products will depend on the policy of the resellers themselves.
We offer 3-month warranty for all products
Warranty time starts from the day when you receive the parcel.
For any quality problems - covered by the warranty and within the 3 month period after purchase - please contact us. Since our profit margin is extremely low, it is not profitable for us to pay the high cost of shipping the backpack back to us. However, we can offer you free replacement and the shipping is free.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, other sale items cannot be refunded.
Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase, such as order number from online purchases made through our store.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially posted.
